| Conferences and Events There are a variety of venues to choose from for groups ranging from 20 to 300 people, depending on the function and preferred seating style. The Midgard Room (main venue), which seats up to 100 delegate in banquet seating style. The Homestead with a cosy breakout room with a fireplace for the winter months. The Boardroom for smaller workshops and meetings for up to 20 delegates. The Garden Room for up to 40 delegates. The amphitheatre, the largest of its kind in Namibia, is an outdoor venue that can seat up to 300 people. Lawns with undercover spectator area for teambuilding activities. | Travelling Information Midgard Country Estate is situated 85km north east of Windhoek and about 70km from the Hosea Kutako International Airport. From Windhoek: Travel east on the B6 and turn left at Kapps Farm (+-20km ) onto the M53 (gravel road). Turn left onto the D2102 and arrive at Midgard Country Estate on your left after +-55km. Allow approximately 90 minutes for travelling time. Hosea Kutako International Airport: Travel west on the B6 (towards Windhoek) and turn right at Neudamm Agricultural College onto the D1510 (gravel road). After +-7km continue across the intersection onto the D2102. Arrive at Midgard Country Estate on your left after +-55km. Allow approximately 60 minutes for travelling time. From Okahandja: Travel south on the B1 and turn right onto the D2101 (gravel road). Continue until you reach Midgard Country Estate on your right. (+-64km).
